Except teaching the original order of the exercises as put together by Joseph Pilates, Judyta uses her own area of expertise and knowledge from other movement disciplines to personalise each mat class. Including use of small apparatus such as bands, balls, magic circles etc. It is a great way to learn Pilates, complement your studio sessions and take the practice home with you.

We are bringing back in-person classes to the Crags , just off Pleasance. The aim is to get you moving, build awareness of your own body, connect your mind and body, use breathing techniques to aid movement, improve posture and prevent future injuries. And it will be FUN...

Various equipment will be provided by the teacher, but please bring your own mat (some will be available)

Group: max 12 people, mix ability

Price: £11 per class, £10 in a block
